The New You in 2023
Even though we are still living in what is now called our transitional years we can still step into a new way of perceiving and being in the world. We are moving from one age to another, from the old Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age. We are in the midst of our old world values, old hierarchical, structures, and systems built on power over others, the top-down model, patriarchy, and a male dominator culture continuing to break down.
To meet these challenges we need to continue to be able to live in a higher vibration than what is in the collective consciousness by stepping into a new vibration of you and beginning to live from the Quantum field of infinite possibilities rather than the old way of living in 3D from cause and effect.
You can do this by training yourself to step out of your Old Self, the ego identity, and step into your New Self your true self the unlimited self that is no longer living from survival but rather from creation.
How to Connect With the New You
- Meditation is a valuable tool for accessing the Quantum Field. You cannot access the field of infinite possibilities when your mind is crowded with thoughts and you feel very identified with your body, mind, or emotions. In order to let go of the old you, you first must let go of the old ideas of you. Your commitment to being free from the egoic mind must be greater than your desire to stay as you are.
- There are many free meditations that you can use on YouTube that can help you to do this. I use Dr. Joe Dispenza's morning meditation, abundance meditation, and a few others on a daily basis. These are very easy to follow and very good even for a beginner. You can access many on YouTube or go to his site www.drjoedispenza.com.
- The most important thing is your desire to change your old way of perceiving yourself, your old patterns and habits that have up until this point defined who you are. We all have a story to tell about ourselves. Most people never take the time to question who they have become. But if you are still reading this then you are one of those people who are ready to change.
- Change isn't always fast or easy as it requires dedication and a willingness to practice every day no matter what. So many people are willing to give up if they don't experience a change right away. But consider that if it took you most of your life to get the way you are it may take some time to change your old habits and begin to create a new you.
- Once you quiet your mind and are able to let go of your body, mind, and emotional identification you will experience a lightness of being and begin to feel more present as your True Self. Here is where you access the field and are able to create the new you of the future. The self you wish to be and repattern your old neuro pathways.
